Representatives of IM Properties and Moto will be available to discuss the planning application, which will be submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council prior to this event, and answer questions about the project.
The Toddington Park development is within Toddington Parish (southern parish is Chalton Parish) predominantly on the east side of the M1 and west of the railway. Accessed from the A5120/M1 junction 12 on the east of the motorway. The site then runs south around the motorway services.
